How Our Inventory Works
Our stock levels update in real time so you always see an accurate picture of what's available right now.
In-Stock Items
Products marked "in stock" are ready to process. On rare occasions, two orders can land at the exact same moment and cause a conflict — if that happens, we'll reach out immediately with options: a swap, a wait, or a full refund.
Sold-Out Items
When something's gone, the "Add to cart" button goes dark. For select products, you can drop your email and we'll ping you the moment it's back.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
Certain products are available to pre-order. The expected ship date lives right on the product page. Payment is collected at checkout, and you're free to cancel for a full refund any time before it ships.
Limited Editions
Some products come in limited runs or seasonal drops. When they're gone, they may not return — so grab them while you can.
Per-Customer Limits
To keep things fair, we may cap quantities per customer on popular or limited-run items.
